I wrote ENERGY because I wanted to reveal the hidden knowledge of how food can influence our emotions, body, mind, thoughts and behavior.
Food is such a powerful tool we can use. So many solutions to many of our problems lie in this daily aspect of life: eating. What sometimes hurts me to see is that it this tool is just in front of our nose and we rarely make use of its full potential and what it can really give to us.

Ancient traditional ways of looking at food, such as Ayurveda and Chinese Traditional medicine, have revealed these secret powers and people have been using them over thousands of years in order to stay in good physical and mental health. However, nowadays this knowledge has somehow been forgotten and pushed away to the background.
In this book I am so happy to share this knowledge with you in a practical way with 80 delicious recipes.
I use these principles every day and cook many of these recipes every day. It helps me to be flexible in my body and to be strong at the same time, to feel energized, happy, balanced, calm and very focused on my goals.
